October 14, 2009 TOMORROW FOCUS AG completes successful capital increase
Munich, Germany, 14 October 2009 – On 15 September 2009, TOMORROW FOCUS AG announced its intention to increase the company’s share capital by 12.5 percent or EUR 5,890,265 by drawing on its authorised capital to issue 5,890,265 new shares in exchange for cash contributions under a non-public offer. The capital increase was fully subscribed by existing shareholders and has already been entered in the Commercial Register. As a result of the high level of interest in the offer, it was not possible to meet all the requests submitted for additional shares.

Following the capital increase, which produced a net cash inflow of around EUR 16.0 million after deducting issuing costs, the company’s share capital rose from EUR 47,122,125 to the current figure of EUR 53,012,390. The new cash is intended to finance the complete takeover of EliteMedianet GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, which operates the premium online dating agency ElitePartner.de, as well as other potential acquisitions.
A number of major institutional investors used the capital increase as an opportunity to acquire a shareholding in Tomorrow Focus AG.
